SILVER GO TOP, WANDERERS EARN MAXIMUM POINTS AS BULLETS STUMBLE

 .

Silver strikers FC and Mighty Mukuru cemented their perfect start to the 2024 TNM Super league season  after  earning  maximum points in their league assignments on Sunday while their arch rivals FCB Nyasa Big Bullets drew again on Saturday to continue their winless run .

Silver strikers FC thrashed Bangwe All Stars by three goals to one at home to claim top spot in the league standings going into week 3 of the 2024 TNM Super league having collected six points from two games played so far.

While the Central Bankers were busy jubilating and celebrating top spot, Mighty Mukuru Wanderers claimed their first maximum points in this year's campaign following a 3 nil win over rookies FOMO FC at Mulanje Park Stadium to kick start their campaign in style and claim Fourth spot  in response to an opening day frustration which saw them play to a one all draw at home to Kamuzu Barracks FC.

On the other hand, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are winless in two games this season after failing to find victories in their last two league assignments against Dedza Dynamos FC and Mighty Tigers which ended in a one all draw and nil nil draw respectively. This means that the People's team have only managed to get 2 points from a possible six points and are eleventh in league standings one point shy from relegation.

In other fixtures, Rookies Creck sporting FC continued their fine form after winning their second game of the season at home to Moyale Barracks FC   claiming second spot in the standings .

Action in the TNM Super league continues in week three with a series of mouth watering encounters that are to bring exhilaration and goosebumps to Football enthusiasts in the country.
