DONATIONS MOBILIZATION GOING ON WELL

 



The donations mobilization drive by Pentecostal Life University Management is going on well and proving to be a success few days after it's commencement .


The Institution  is set to embark on a charity initiative this coming Friday as Students and Members of Staff at the Institution will be  visiting Chikondano and Mphatso Orphan care center in Area 25, Lilongwe to make donations and the Institution has been asking it's members of staff and Students to come forward and make donations to complement the Charity initiative.


A visit to the Institution's Campus by the Sight Media Group, shows that a booth has been set up to collect donations from well-wishers and many people including staff members and Students have replied to the call by the institution with a positive response by bringing forward donations.


Reuben Jere the newly elected Student Union treasurer who also happens to be part of the mobilization team, said that the mobilization campaign has so far been good and taking a progressive step with many people at the institution coming forward to make their donations" The donations mobilization is going on well and many people have responded positively to the call. We have been receiving donations from Members of staff, Students as well as the alumni" said Jere.


The donations mobilization is expected to be finalized today with management continuing pleading with the entire Pentecostal Life University Community and the general public to come forward and make donations.


The Institution aims at reaching out to Orphans as one of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities .


 Some notable figures expected to grace the event on Friday Include Vice Chancellor of the Institution Proffesor Kingston Ngwira and other staff members.
