SYLI NATIONAL JETS IN

The Guinea Football National team (Syli National) has arrived in the country through the Kamuzu International airport ahead of tommorow's African Cup of Nations (AFCON) match against the Flames to be staged at the Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.

Syli National are second in group D standings and have already qualified for the prestigious continental showpiece to be staged in Ivory Coast alongside group leaders Egypt while on the other hand the Flames have failed to qualify and sit third with Ethiopia sitting last in group standings .

Guinea are coming from two back to back defeats against Brazil and Egypt in a friendly and qualifying match respectively while the Flames head into this game coming from a fresh successful COSAFA cup campaign where they reached the cup's last four and will be looking to replicate their fine form with a win against Guinea .

The two teams have met seven times with Guinea having an edge over the Flames winning five  times while the Flames have only won once and the two have shared spoils once .
