EXTRADITION CASE ADJOURNED
Malawi -Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Chimwaza has adjourned the extradition case involving Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and wife Mary Bushiri to July 10 for hearing of objections .
In her statement she says the defense has ambushed the state with it's application to dismiss the entire extradition request , further stating that the defense prepared for the application while the state did not .
She has therefore given defense 14 days to file it's application and another 14 days to state to look at it and respond .
Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and wife Mary are facing an extradition case In which the South African government wants the two to be sent to South Africa to among others answer charges ranging from money laundering and a witness from South Africa Sibongile Mzinyathi was ready to appear before court .
